BEST idea is to obtain the manual for the vehicle.
It explains in detail with some pictures EXACTLY how to perform said procedure.
It's a GOOD investment and will help with other questions regarding said vehicle from front to back.
Each manual is based on a complete teardown and rebuild.
Some Manuals are specific (to one vehicle) and some contain general info about many vehicles in a range of specific years.

Remove the 2 Phillips screws that attach the Arm rest.
Remove the possible Phillips screw that attaches the window crank arm.
There may well be one or two Horseshoe type clips retaining the Panel as well as (possibly) some Phillips screws around the edge.
Tear as little as possible, the inside Moisture barrier (Plastic) or it may well be removed simply by light pulling along the edges from the sticky adhering substance used in prodution.
