open the valve at the bottom and let it run out. Close the valve fill with water and run the engine till its up to temp and the thermostat opens. then drain it again so you flush the old stuff out the the engine block too

With great care. Most of the parts are aluminum and you hve to be careful

There is a flush kit you can buy and I recommend you buy one for that job.
