How do you open the headlight cover on a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire?

My headlight is out and I need to change it, yet opening the cover is baffling me to no end. It's probably fairly simple.
 
It probably doesn't "open" at all. I'm sure you have to pop the hood go in from behind it. You'll find a round black thing that you usually have to turn just 180 degrees and it will pull right out. You can then unscrew the bulb and put the new one in, and there you go. :) Simple as that.
