It could either be held in place in the MAF housing by a few screws or it could be built into the MAF housing.
In the first case, all you have to do is unplug the MAF sensor, remove the screws and pull the old one out.
In the second case, unplug the sensor and loosen the clamps that hold the housing inline in the intake, remove old MAF housing and replace.
