Pretty good video. Two things I'd suggest (in addition to this) are:

1) Completely remove the cable(s) and bracket. It's not too hard, you just rotate the throttle plate a little (to slack to cable) and the cable comes right out. It made getting to all 4 of them really easy.

2) Put a rag over the injector while removing to reduce the chance of fuel spraying everywhere.

That said ... $500? Is that including parts? My mechanic only charged me an hour's worth of labor to do this once.

...oh and do replace them on a warmed up engine. Otherwise you'll have to push the new ones in so hard that you'll break the plastic tops. Took me a couple times to realize that.

Thats why you use clean oil to lubricate the o-rings and clean the port where the injector goes into with sum 320 grit sand paper
