How to rebuild a Heater Box on a 71 lemans sport with A/C

I am wanting to rebuild my original heater box and I have no clue how to rebuild it. If anybody knows how please let me know.

Not clear on what you mean by rebuilding the box? Do you want to replace the heater core?

I am wanting to know how to replace everything in the inside of the heater box.

get a copy of the factory chasis service manual, available on CD, from a site such as www.amesperf.com and it will show you how to replace the heater core and evaporator but it's very unclear why you want to replace them.

I wanting redo the flappers, moving parts in the box, heater core and seals.

This is just a summary of what is in the manual
1. Drain radiator and disconnect battery.
2. Disconnect heater hoses.
3. In engine compartment remove nuts from heater core case studs.
4. Remove lower A/C duct, remove glove box, disconnect defroster duct under dash and pull complete assembly away from firewall
5. Remove cables and electrical connections.
