How to remove 04' Sunfire instrument cluster?

I've searched the forums, but my skills may be lacking in the area of finding the right thread.

I'm going to attempt to solder on new stepper motors for my faulty gauges in my instrument cluster, but I have no idea how to get to it. How do get to it to remove it?

I apologize if this is a repeat question.
