How to remove rear seat back in 65 catalina convertible

I have removed the seat cushion but can't find any screws to loosen the top of the back cushion. The bottom has two loops that slide up into retainers. how do I get the cushion
to unlatch so it will come out? I there anything behind the speaker grill that holds the back cushion in? I am trying to get at a leak in the convertible top system.

I found the way to remove the seat. Now all I need is a new cylinder to replace a leaking one.
