How to replace the air filter housing??

The screw holding the top of the filter is stripped so I'm replacing the whole housing but I need help!! Anyone have any links or steps to removing the housing of a 2001 pontiac grad am se 2.4 engine coupe??

Here is the diagram for the air box. Most of these air boxes will come out with a good heave-ho. Disconnect it from the throttle body and have a look around for bolts holding it
