I have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am GT 4 door and my brakes lights stoped working?

Alright my high mount still works when i press the brake pedal so i know its not the switch. both my left and right brake lights are the ones the stopped working. my running lights work on them but the brake lights don't work. I took a light tester and tested the connector and it only lit up when i had the running lights on not the brake pedal. Any ideas i need to get this fixed
i also did replace all 4 bulbs in it
