i have a 1997 Pontiac Grand AM, & my ac wont blow cold air! it comes on but just blows hot air. i checked and it is full of the refrigerant stuff. so i don't know what the problem could be.
Check the fuse , relay , sensors , wiring and have a free scan performed on that vehicle bec some kind of code should be appearing or stored.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the one what you could also check for is once the engine is warmed up idling turn the A/C on full and have someone listen to the compressor bec if working it should kick in.
