i have a 1998 pontiac sunfire & changed the alternator. Now it does;nt start

radio & ligths work not starter? starter makes no sond at all. tryed jumping it still nothing also tryed to resit computer by deconacting battery nogo
 
check to see if your positive wire in the alternater is connected well
