The headlights work when turned on by the switch, but when i turn off the lights, the light indicator on the guage cluster flashes about ten times quickly and then no DRL. I've replaced the relay and still the same problem.

Have you tried replacing your headlight bulbs? My car did that and one of the filaments was burned out. Turn your high beams on and see if they both work
