I have a 2004 pontiac grand am i think it is the sway arms?

you cant drive because the back tires will not stay in line i dont no if it is a sway bar or does these cars have that it wears the inside of the driverside tire and outside on the passenger not sure were to start
you cant hold it in one lane and its the back that is going crazy

i would have it put up in the air and have the rear end looked at to make sure nothing is loose. and then probably go with an alignment. has the car been in an accident or hit a bunch of big pot holes?
