Yeah, new cars for many years now have come with "lifetime" lubricated joints that used to have grease fittings in the old days. In the case of your car, that would be the tie-rod ends and the ball joints. What this means, is that when the lube dries out, all you can do is replace them. Replacement parts do tend to have grease fittings. Other than that, oil change time is a good time to check all your other fluid levels too.
