I have a Pontiac Grand Am 1996, When you try to start the car,there is

nothing there. The radio lights ect all? work. Sometimes if I move the shit rod around you will hear a click then the next time it will start. Now it does nothing. Someone said the neutral relay switch? Where is that? Help
If I move steering wheel all the way down it willmstart every time. Whats the problem?

I assume you have a tilt wheel from your description. It sounds like you have a wireharness problem near the pivot point of the steering column
