I have a pontiac sunfire gt. 2001. what would happen if i install

headers on it? what are pros and cons of installing headers. i got a high flow exhoust on it. and i know it will decrease torque but increase hp. which is better for a 4cyl. car?(gay btw) will it decrease drastically? what can i install to keep the hp but regain the torque. what are some parts that i can put that can add torque and horsepower? can someone please answer me all these questions ? thank you.

!st of all, lets be real. Its not gonna be fast, ever. its basically a cavalier. You may want to look for cavalier mods. For a car like this the only thing to do is beef up the suspension and make it fun to drive/corner well. A header is not gonna be noticable unless you do some headwork (port and polish) the head, and since you are changing exhaust you have to change your intake too. You are just gonna break stuff and make it not pass emissions, stick to suspension mods.

you can also install lager throttle body k&n filter o2s will need updated or o2 simulators but the closer to stock it is left the longer it will last if i wanted to go faster get a faster car with all the electronics on them now better left stock if the exhaust gets to flowing to much o2 will tell computer to give it more gas and will eventually ruin your engine from gas in oil for all the trouble not enogh horse power gain to feel in the seat of your pants v6 firebird or camaro good choices and still good on gas

They make a sunfire "gt"!? LMAO i wouldnt waste my money on that car. with the headers on with the exhaust id say you could beat a Ford Escort!
