I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. About 3 months ago my car started to sputter during take off from start and every so often during acceleration. The while in gear and at a complete stop the car will just sputter. In park or neutral car idle's fine. When making left hand turns the car rpm drops then the car dies. I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug boots, and the feul filter. I'm thinking it might be the feul pump, but when i pulled the feul filter off it squirted fuel like the pump worked fine, so i'm not sure anymore. Does anyone know what could be going on with my car? Or has anyone had this kind of problem before and knows what fixed it?
