hi im new here my name is Jorge i sign up here cause i have a question with my das car.
I was searching but i didnnt found any answer
does anyone here knows where is the sensor the turns ON and OFF the Automatics Lights because my das car spend most of the time with the lights onn even during day sometimes?

welcome to the forum. The sensor is on the top of the dashboard.
 
It is under the grill on the driver side. looks like a bulb. I took a picture of mine,

Your automatic lights are also controlled by 2 relays located under the driver side of your hood inside your fuse/relay box under the label DRL (Daytime Running Lights). Youe can remove those to manually control your headlights. However, this will turn your "check vehicle soon" dash warning light on. This doesn't hurt the mechanics of your vehicle in any way at all...it's just your BCM (body control module) letting you know that there's a missing connection in the circuit. Aren't they supposed to be on all the time? My 2001 has day and night running settings that I didn't know I could change. The manual says they are on all the time...
