Improving Fuel Economy and Power?

Are there any good tips to improve both performance and fuel economy on a sunbird? i have 1992 Pontiac Sunbird SE Convertible with the 3.1 v6 and fwd, any help please? Thanks for any help

get autolight double platinum, the bwd wires, K&N air filter, get a after market air intake fuel filter, o2 sensor on the exhaust manifold,synthetic moble 1 oil 10w 30 change coolant with 50/50 dexcool only, change the tranny fluid,pcv valve..and you want to clean the hell out of the throttle body...every 3 gas fill ups put some lucas fuel system cleaner, pour it in be for you fill the tank up.. change all theengine and tranny mount with the best brand new ones you can get

Alright thanks ill give it a whirl. Any idea how big of a difference it would do if i do them all, if not most?

The only things that will add power would be the double plat autolight and Intake, you could get about 5 - 20 ponys depening on the car..but the rest when it comes to power will just allow you to use what you already have..
