In need of new gas tank - 02 Aztek

Hey all. 02 Aztek won't take fuel. Replaced EVAP canister and lines, No luck. Shop has tried everything and nothing works. Apparently a flap that closes inside the fuel tank to keep gas in is now permanently stuck closed.

I'm searching for a new fuel tank. Part has been discontinued by a GM, no luck finding one online yet. Anyone have suggestions?

Did they remove the tank to confirm their theory?
The filler neck is available from Rockauto .
Exactly where is this stuck valve?
