Inherited 1968 Pontiac Lemans - Help with Value? It runs but interior is a wreck. Thinking of keeping her, but could be quite a project. I have pictures. Can she be resurrected?

Does anyone know if there is a second latch for the hood of this car, the hood will pop but then we can’t open it it’s like it’s still stuck on a second latch or something.

The main latch has two positions, push down on the hood as you pull the lever.
