Inherited Solstice Coupe

Hi All
Looking for some help/direction
I've inherited what seems to be a bit of a rare car
Hoping to sell, but would like as much info as possible
I know only a limited we're produced in '09
Wondering if there is one place better than the next to look at off loading (outside of the standard websites)

Non-GXP
5 sp manual
10k miles

Yes it is a rare car, I also own a non GXP 5-speed manual trans. From what I can see they only made 10 Deep Blue (paint code U-48) manual transmission non GXP coupe's. Does the car also have the optional soft top? That would up its value $2000-$3000 alone.

I'm pretty sure he (step father), did not get the optional soft top... He did get a bra for it though

Any chance there's a place (outside of car listings) that might point me in the direction of approx value... I've seen very few listed and hardly any sold recently... Which would make sense seeing as there really aren't many to go around
I'm a pretty knowledgeable car guy, but have never really deep dove VIN history or car production numbers... Is there a place where I could document that sort of stuff

Unfortunately no, the price really does depend on Location, time of year (now is not the best time to sell a Sports Car or Convertible for Max Return. That would have been Spring or early Summer) The low miles count, but it does have over 10,000 miles on it, so it is not considered ultra low miles. (I am glad your grand Father got to enjoy driving it! But from what I can tell it has cloth seats, and I can not tell by the small picture that are on the Solstice site if it has the Leather or Plastic Steering Wheel & Shift Knob.

For comparison 6 months ago I Paid $13,500 for Coupe 663 Brazen Orange, 82,000 miles, 5-speed Manual, with cloth seats. also a non Turbo car. It did come with the optional Soft Top, And has a few mods from the previous owner. But I am told I got it for a very good price at the start of the Covid Lock down.

So your Simalur car with many less miles, in stock condition should be worth $18-22K without the soft top. To keep the numbers in perspective your car is 1 of 10 Non Turbo Deep Blue coupes with a Manual Transmission. My car is 1 of 2 Brazen Orange non Turbo manual transmission coupe's Our cars seem to be very Similarly equipped with cloth seats ect....

Starting out at $25K is not unreasonable IMO, but be willing to negotiate from there. Just My 2 cents worth.
