installing new horn questions...

I have a signal horn that im curious about installing into this little car of mine, thing is I haven't the slightest clue on how, all I know is that the horn is
115 volts,

Cy. 50/60

Amps .2

has a Black and a White wires, with a ground. about 9-10 inches in lenght and has a description stating that at 10' its 85dBs. Any advice would be helpful and if this is just a fluke just tell me so i wont waste my time.

You need an inverter to change the car's dc power to ac to run it
