Instructions on coolant drain flush and fill?

I noticed my coolant was dirty and wanted clear instructions on how to flush it. Also it looks like it has regular yellow antifreeze instead of the orange dex coolant should I switch back to dex cool? Also whats the best way to bleed it? Should I put a new thermostat in also? Thanks in advance.

I would leave the yellow anti freeze in there and as far as the thermostat goes if it is easy like my 03 then change it but if it's like my old 2000 then good luck getting to it. As far as bleeding goes there are 2 bleeder screws on the water lines also park it up hill and from time to time squeeze the upper rad hose when bleeding.
