Instrument panel issues

I have recently purchased a 98 sun fire I'm having a problem with all the gages cutting in and out any ideas thanks

A bad connection in the instrument panel cluster circuit board.

Or this ( a bad ground wire under the battery)

Problem solved it was the ground wire under the battery thanks
