instrument panel replacement issue

I replaced circuit board in the instrument panel (an LED wasn't working) because I wanted to keep odometer current,everything went ok-except when I tried to start engine it would not run!NOW the theft lite is on.do I need to reflash computer now?I did not have tis problem when I started.

Did you disconnect the battery before doing this work? Did you look in the owners manual for the relearn procedure?
