Is DDM Tuning reputable?

I was looking to buy some HIDs for my firebird and came across DDM Tuning. It's incredibly cheap! $40 for a 55 watt HID kit for my low beams. Has anyone bought from them? Are they reputable or am I going to buy junk?

I had headlights from them on an E36 and E39 BMW. No issues with the E39 brighter than stock and has held up well. E36 plastic in the housing was brittle and had some issues with the parking light attachment to the headlight bucket. Price wise on the Bimmers it was worth it. But was it OE BMW quality no it was not.

Just my opinion but I find the very bright headlights extremely annoying and think they should be banned.
