Is this a Pontiac wheel? If so what Pontiac does it fit? Its a 15in rim.

that is not a factory pontiac rim
 
a 4.5 lug spacing and a 15 inch wheel could be made to fit numerous GM vehicles depending on the back spacing, no way of telling from a picture.
