yes it was available you can get them from www.amesperf.com look in the GTO catalog

I have a 1967 LeMans and it has the drivers and passenger side mirrors. They look about the same. They look like the same round mirror. Here is a picture of my passenger side mirror. Car really dirty sorry, but you should get the idea.
