decelerate.? it is a 02 honda accord 4 speed auto. had it rebuilt becuase a converter was broke. now when i take my foot of the gas it whines. sometimes it loud and sometimes it isnt

how do you break a t/converter? and what exactly was done? 'rebuilt' covers many sins, from just new seals to replace everything. repost with details please

First, why are you posting on a Pontiac forum? At any rate - if you had it rebuilt, suggest to take it back to the rebuilder.
