Just had wheel bearing assemblies and clutch pack fluid replaced on Pontiac Aztek w/

align and new tires------? Now the vehicle seems to make a noise during acceleration like a jet taking off. The mechanic says this a common exhaust sound from Aztek's. Is this normal? Could any of the work they did caused this noise?

It's the AWD Aztek.
