For years I have had problems with my key coming out. I have had a new steering column put in still cant get the key to come out. I am at the end of my rope. My mechanic can't figure it out and I can't drive it because I can't turn it off. I have no more money and have to go to school. I pray that it is a simple problem that can be fixed. Help please!!!!!

First impression is you need to find a new mechanic. Did the mechanic place the old lock cylinder and mechanism in the "new" column? Watch this video
