A while ago my car battery had drained out, and I went to jump start the vehicle. Once the vehicle was jump started everything worked fine except the Keyless Entry/Remote Starter. I was wondering if a fuse could be blown. The manual says the fuse is in the fuse box (Number 7 Under the hood) however that belongs to the Horn of the vehicle. Any Suggestions or thoughts on where the fuse could be located (or if there is one)? or if something else is wrong? Vehicle is a 2005 Montana SV6, Base model (No power sliding doors) with the 3.5L V6.

- I did disconnect and reconnect the battery, didn't work
- From research I heard these remotes cannot the be programmed until its taken to a dealership.

So I was wondering if any other options are available or I should check?

Thanks In Advance.

I would also like to add that this is a Factory Installed unit.

is this the same manual, #7 says nothing about the remote, I believe 29 does. The system also may need to be reprogrammed to recognize the remote

Sadly no, My manual is fairly different from the one provided, I believe that belongs to the previous generation vans. If it needs programming that awfully sucks, given I have to pay 100 bucks just for a diagnostic at the dealership!!! Any other thoughts?
