L99 engine swap

Hello,

I am currently debating if I should swap the small block 350 engine on my 71 lemans sport for a L99/LS3 (2010 camaro ss) engine and transmission. I would like to know if anyone has ever tried this and if so what issues did you have?

If you google "ls3 in a pontiac lemans" you will get multiple hits.

yes,

I have been searching but i was looking for a specific swap into a Pontiac Lemans... most of the swaps i foud were to older camaro's an a few Trans AM's

Here are some, you do not have to have specific information for 71 since all GM A bodies from late 60's to early 70's are basically the same frame.
