Leaking...? 03 grand am GT

Well this month someone backed into my 03 Pontiac grand amGT. Not to long after that my car started leaking. I put a white poster board to determine the color and its reddish.

Something similar happened in the past when I was rear ended by an SUV my car leaked out a bunch of fluid ( like it threw up after the impact ) but the color was greenish, meaning it was coolant.

I'm getting the water pump changed but I was wondering if I have to get the transmission checked too.
Wondering what type of complications can occur with this new leak? I appreciate any input shared in this forum

It couldn't hurt to have the transmission checked for leaks.... it could also be a power steering fluid leak as well.
