Leaking Sunroof in Heavy Rain

I fixed the drain on the passenger side of the sunroof and thought that would have it fixed but it stormed hard last night and I have water in the floor. I had not yet gotten it put back together so I can see my drain repair is still connected and I poured water at the drain it does come out behind the front tire, also the outside front corner of the seat is wet as well as that side of the headliner. What I don't know is what happens when it rains more or faster than the drains can handle. The Sunroof looks like it is sitting level in the roof but it sits a little below the roof level. Also is it possible it is missing a seal or maybe needs a new seal around the glass? I have a Buick Rainier with a sunrook and the glass on it is flush with the roof and water runs right off onto the roof. I did a search on this but I only find repairs for the drains.

You can try a site such as gmpartsdirect.com for any seals.
Using a water hose and spraying limited areas may help to pinpoint the leak.

I've been outside looking at it and checking other things, I'm wondering if there is a way to adjust the glass so it goes up into th ehole a little further? I rolled it back and the seal is still soft and no cracks but it looks like if it is not all the way up into the hole the metal in the corners doesn't extend down far enough for it to seal well.

Good news, I wiggled the plugs on the fans that they came on. I unplugged the one that is easy to get at there is no corrosion or burning. Guess I'll get some contact cleaner and unplug them and try to clean them really good. I was told it needed a heater core but I've not seen it leak yet. I'm thinking the fans stopped and it started warming up on him and once it was low of water he didn't know to bleed the air out of the system and with leaking sunroof he figured it was the heater core. I've already bought one but I may not have ot install it yet. That would be great.

I have a headlight turn signal switch to put in but I saw a video for that. Looked simply snap in.

I think I've found the problem with the leak. Sitting in the front seat you can push up on the front corners and the glass will move up. If you stand outside and push down on the corners it will go down just a fraction but it leaves an openning in the corner and water rather than running off will go around the glass and into the track. The seal is dirty so I'm going to clean it well, put rubber lube on it and maybe a little vaseline around the metall flange where the seal srides so it will slide up into th ehole tight and then tighten up the bolts that hold the front of the glass to the tracks. I think that might solve the issue. We had tornados last night so it rained really hard for a while and I've already seen in mild rain it was not a problem, the drains could keep up.

The reason for me posting all this, is in case someone else runs into the same problem maybe it will help.

Well, I'm still having a problem. I got in it today with the headliner dropped down and a garden hose on the roof and the water is coming in around the glass it seems in the rear and running around the tray to the front drain and it is not about to keep up so the water over flows the tray ond onto the headliner. When I close the sunroof the glass moves into place and moves up into the hole but right at the end of the process the rear of the glass comes back down just a little bit but it is enough that it doesn't sit flush in the rear. I imagine this is all adjustable and that is what it needs but I have nothing telling or showing me how to do that. Does anyone have any instructions on how to adjust the sunroof?
