Looking at buying a 2000 Montana 80k miles - reliable vehicle?

I am looking at buying a 2000 Montana with only 80k miles from an individual. I am not familiar with these vans at all but have heard good things from people that own them. Are these relaible vehicles? I have seen some info on the web in relation to intake manifild gasket and head gasket problems. Any certain years for those? Anything specific to look for besides te usual used car stuff? Thanks for any info.

Just like u said , check for the van useing antifreeze. Mine didn't blow until 180,000. Check for a smooth shifting tranny. That is low miles for a 2000. If ur not handy with cars it wouldn't hurt to have a mechanic look at it.
