Looking for advise on 06 Pontiac Torrent

Have a used 2006 Torrent with 210,000 miles on it, drove for a few years and now things keep breaking down on it.
Spring I put over $500 into it for new wheel bearings and brake pads and now the head gasket or cylinder heads are damaged.
New cost is going to run between $600 and 1500 and I just don't want to keep putting the money into it when its not worth that
much.
Any advise on what I could ask to "SELL AS IS" on our local Craigslist or does anyone suggest just calling local junkyards / salvage
yards to see what they'd give me for the vehicle instead?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (Live in Wisconsin)

You could donate it to a charity and take a tax credit.
According to NADA the vehicle is worth about $325

So how does that work? I could donate it, but I don't think it will be drivable for very long and would feel horrible.
Not sure how the tax credit works. Have a link that you found this information so I could read up more on it?
