Might possibly be selling my son's 79 Sunbird, This car used to belong to Clint Johns. Its a great little car with a lot of history. The car came from Seattle WA. in 2000 then owned by Jim Fowler. . he kept it for 8 yrs. then traded it to Clint, who took it on 2 Power Tours. I bought it from him and drove it from Alabama to East TN , where it is now. The car is very rare as it is an original ''Formula'' 305 V8 and factory 4 speed. GM only produced 203 of the notchback, V8 4 speed Formulas that yr. and even more rare because its an original non A/C car.
The engine is a .030'' 350, the rear from an '80 Sunbird with an Auburn style posi unit from an '82 Buick regal..with 82-86 S-10 axles and brake drums. I'm probably going to ask $5,800 and see where that goes. The car will drive anywhere , and dependable...my son has just started college and has lost interest in it, plus I've just started a rat rod and I need the space. It has been garage kept since I bought it, and well taken care of.
