It looks like I finally was able to reach an agreement to purchase the 67 Sprint Firebird I was High bidder on but did not reach the reserve price last month.

Its a 4-speed Sprint, with Factory A/C, California emissions, Power Steering, Custom interior, Rally II wheels & 3.23 posi. Paid to much for it IMO, but it is a mostly original 4-speed Sprint, and the only year you could get A/C in a Sprint Firebird.

Well its at my house! But I am in Tennessee until next week. My wife and her father took custody of it today. Hope to see it soon and see if it really is a survivor as claimed. Fingers crossed.

I saw that Doug, I am sure his will be faster than mine, but then again those convertibles are about 300lbs heavier than a coupe! I need to find a way to ask him what upper radiator hose they used? I seem to only be able to find flex hoses, and the local auto parts store that used to let me go back and search thru the hoses for one with the right bends (to cut down to fit) closed this summer:(

Look at the NAPA web site, they show hoses for the 6 cyl.

I checked Napa site, they list Lowers, but the upper says fits without A/C, Power Steering, or Air pump. And my car has all 3. I did finally find my old note book I used for my old 69 Bird. It says I used a 1999 Grand Cherokee upper hose that I cut down. That car only had Power Steering though. I will see if it will work on the 67 Bird.
