Looping upstream with downstream ?

Is it possible to tap the wires and send the same date from upstream o2 as downstream? Straight pipe with obvious poor mpg, I’ve already considered a simulator but if I can save a buck and splice and solder myself.

Why would a precat sensor be sending the same data as a postcat sensor? If the cat is working correctly the data wont be the same.
