Hi i have a 2003 Montana and it sat for about a month, now i drive it and wow such a high pitch squealing sound. only when tires are rotating. now the brakes when depressed or not do not make a difference. it does not make the noise at all in reverse, if I make a right turn it goes away , if i make a left turn it does not. when i drive straight it is mind blowing loud pitch. steering does not shake. van does not pull to one side or other. when in neutral and engine not engaged it still make the noise. but when sitting still and reving engine it does not . only when moving those tires. axle what ever lol. so now what do i do lol buy ear muffs .lol kidding

sounds like your brakes are worn down to the indicator, which is designed to get you to stop driving your car before you wreck the rotors.

My 08 uplander does the same thing mine was caused by a coolent hose leaking down onto the belts . We fires her up and sprayed to belt and pulleys with brake cleaner and it went away. But now everything here is melting so all the water from puddles splashing up on it is causing it again . My leak was bad enough it would cause the belt to slip in the alternator causing power surges . You can pick up a can of belt dressing for like 5 bucks with the engine running you spray te belt as it's running across the pulleys and it gos away . Same Idea with brake cleaner just spray pulleys and belts and should clean right up .
