marker light problems

what up guys? i have a 1997 Sunfire GT 2.4l 2dr, and two of the marker lights on the driver side are out. 1.the marker in the front, one of the wires is gone in the middle leading up to the bulb housing and can not touch the other wires that will make it work, and .2nd. the rear light bulb just needs to be changed and i don't know how to change it. what do guys you think can be done? do i have to buy a new harness or what?

1. Cannt you splice a piece of wire in to make it reach?
2. I believe you reach under the panel and twist the socket out and replace the bulb.
