This is probably an issue with the "multi function switch". It's the module that has the wiper and turn signal stalks built in. From the factory, they came with too much grease on them. Remove the steering column cover, and remove the module (all pretty easy). Then take a q-tip and/or toothpick to remove most of the grease on the contact areas of the turn signal that works its way into the gap between the contacts and shorts the signal. I'm sorry I don't have any pics, but if you take the module off, and play with the turn stalk, you'll see where I'm talking about. Pay attention when putting it back together, there's a contact nub for the horn that you will need to depress before sliding the module back into place. It's a 30 minute free fix all together.
