I have a Pontiac Montana 2003 with 180,000 miles, usually change motor oil with regular one for high mileage (no synthetic), so I found I have an oil filter FRAM XG3387A that I bought by mistake (I lost the receipt) with qualification for ultra synthetic oil. Question: Is good that oil filter or better I get another regular? Thanks

There is nothing wrong with using that filter.

As long it's not the Orange Fram, then you are good.....never use the Orange one, it's the worst on the planet!

You can buy a whack of ACDelco filters (12) from RockAuto for about 45$ USD. Been great for me.
