i own a 1986 fiero and it has 122k miles and it sit about 4-6 years b 4 i bought it...well today i rented a compression test (its lackin alot of power 4th and 5th is pretty much usless unless u take 5 -10 mins on the high way)well the cylinders are readin weird psi...well if ur looking from the back of the car from left to right the readings r 110-115,95-100,105-110and 125-130psi.....is this the reasion the power sucks??? oh what is the normal psi on a 1986 fiero(2.5L)

Actually, the compression readings really aren't that weird - they're relatively consistent.
150-160 psi is where it should be, but at 122,000 miles, your readings sound pretty normal.
I believe this engine was rated new at 90 HP - so I really wouldn't expect any neck snapping acceleration.

With 122K on it the rings may be worn. Try running it with 10W-40 or 20W-50 oil and see if the compression comes up a little. If it does, then the rings on the pistons are worn.
