My 99 Pontiac Grand Am turn signals aren't working and no sound from dash. Any

answers? I changed the fuse, can't find a relay for my signals. The hazards are not working either.
 
Pontiac has a recall for this issue. The hazard switch in the dash, just over the radio, is also your turn signal relay. It goes bad. Do a search on GM or Pontiac website and make sure your car is eligible, then go to a dealership and get the part replaced. If it is not under warrenty or recall, you can just buy the switch and replace it yourself.
