Need a WIW on a 69 Catalina 2dr.

Hey all, new to this forum.
I have an old high school friend who's husband passed away last year and has a very nice 69 2dr.
She has asked me to help her sell car so I need some info on what they are going for.
I don't have alot of specifics yet but i'll share what i have.
69 2dr, 2 owners, less than 40k orig miles, not sure on motor as she remembers him saying 402 but i'm sure it's a 400. Car is Limelight green, green vinyl, green int.
I have yet to see car in person but pics look pretty good.

BUT
i'm wondering what they are real world selling.
she's not looking to make a killing just for a decent price.

have you tried looking at e-bay and craigslist?

yep, pre-68 Cats on eBay and CL is barren, lol
