Need help on my 1997 pontiac sunfire idoling problems please help?

i have a 1997 pontiac sunfire and when i start the car when its idoling it skips it'll stall when in drive if stopped to, it jumps to 1500rpms to 2000 rpms and makes a loud sound and shakes whole car someone told me it was the idoling air pressure senser but i changed that and it still had the same problem if anyone knows how to fix this please help thanks alot

I had simalier problem changed my spark plugs it went away. before I did that i changed MAP sensor then O2 and cleaned throttle body to no effect. My plugs werent that old so I didnt change them at first
